M.A., LAC
Licensed Associate Counselor
I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel understood and supported, especially when life gets overwhelming or uncertain. I genuinely believe therapy can be a powerful part of growth and healing when you’re in a space that feels safe, honest, and built on trust. My goal is to help you work through your struggles, feel more like yourself, and find a way forward that makes sense for you.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and have a passion for working with adolescents, adults, first responders, athletes, and individuals who have been through traumatic experiences. I regularly meet with a supervisor to ensure I’m providing you with the best care possible.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in St. Charles, Missouri in Psychology and Criminal Justice, where I was a student-athlete throughout college. After graduating, I worked as a police officer in Springdale, Arkansas for 10 years and held specialties in crisis intervention and School Resource Officer. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University.
